Salvis Back to the briefing

Privacy

Last revised July 2026

Salvis is a one-person practice, and this policy is correspondingly short. It sets out what the site collects, what becomes of it, and who else handles it.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the assessment request form: your name, the firm's name, and your email address, together with any of the optional fields you choose to complete. If you write to us directly, we hold whatever you sent.

Do not send client information. The assessment examines how a firm operates, never the matters it handles, so at no point do we need privileged material. Nothing on this site is a secure channel for it.

What we do with it

It is used to arrange and conduct the assessment, and to follow up once afterward. We do not sell it, disclose it to advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

One provider. Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions before delivering them to us. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font service, so no third party observes your device when the page loads. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact, or may be. To have your information deleted, write to david@salvisai.com; we will delete it and confirm that we have done so. The same address reaches us if you want to know what we hold.

Questions
